The Kraken lost 3-1 to the Predators in their last game Thursday night. In their last five games, Seattle has a 2-3-0 record, scoring three goals per game while allowing 3.6. Seattle lost the only other meeting between these two teams 2-1 in a shootout back on November 11th. Seattle is one point out of the final Western Conference Wild Card spot entering play Saturday, behind the Kings.

The Blue Jackets beat the Rangers 6-3 on Thursday. In their previous five games, Columbus has a 6-3 record, scoring 3.6 goals per game while conceding 1.8. Columbus won the first meeting 2-1 in a shootout, back on November 11th. Columbus now holds the third seed in the Metropolitan Division with a game in hand over the New York Islanders.
