Head coach Craig Berube said Rielly aggravated something during an overtime loss to the Carolina Hurricanes Friday in Toronto.

Entering Saturday’s contest, Toronto holds a 29-28-13 record through 70 games, sitting 13 points out of a Wild Card playoff spot.

The 32-year-old Rielly has nine goals and 24 assists over 67 games in 2025-26, his 13th season in Toronto.

Rielly has 96 goals and 450 assists over 940 career games with the Maple Leafs after being selected fifth overall in the 2012 NHL Draft.

Rielly is in the fourth season of an eight-year, $60 million contract, featuring an average annual value of $7.5 million.
