Toronto Maple Leafs

Goaltender Anthony Stolarz was on the ice Monday after being taken to hospital on Saturday following a puck hitting in the throat during warmups.

Stolarz was sporting a neckguard, per TSN’s Mark Masters.

Toronto did recall Dennis Hildeby from the AHL’s Toronto Marlies with Stolarz’s status unclear for Tuesday’s game against the Boston Bruins.

Stolarz has an 8-9-3 record this season with an .894 save percentage and 3.34 goals-against average.

Hildeby is 8-9-4 with the Maple Leafs this season, posting a .912 save percentage and a 2.84 GAA. In the AHL, he is 7-5-5 with a .901 save percentage and a 2.54 GAA.

Defenceman Morgan Rielly was back on the ice Monday after missing Saturday’s loss to the Ottawa Senators with a lower-body injury.

Masters reports that defenceman Oliver Ekman-Larsson left Monday’s practice early, though it was unclear why.

Utah Mammoth

The Mammoth signed fourth overall draft choice Caleb Desnoyers to a three-year entry-level contract Monday.

Desnoyers was selected fourth overall in last June’s draft.

St. Louis Blues

The Blues signed NCAA standout Felix Trudeau to a two-year ELC starting next season on Monday.

With Sacred Heart University, Trudeau ranked sixth points and second in goals nationally this season.

The 23-year-old winger will spend the rest of this season with the AHL’s Springfield Thunderbirds.
