Utah Mammoth secured their first playoff berth with a 4-1 win over the Nashville Predators, paired with the San Jose Sharks’ loss to the Anaheim Ducks. Utah becomes the third team to make the playoffs within its first two years of play in the last 45 years, joining the Vegas Golden Knights and Seattle Kraken.

Mammoth currently sits in the first wild card spot in the Western Conference with four games remaining. Pending results, Mammoth could finish their second NHL regular season in either the first or second wild card spot.

The 2026 Stanley Cup Playoffs are scheduled to begin on Saturday, April 18. The complete first round schedule is anticipated to be released at a later date once seeding has been finalized.

The team advised fans to purchase playoff tickets through authorized sellers only, including utahmammoth.com and SeatGeek.

“Tickets purchased through unauthorized sources may not be valid and may lead to denied entry at the Delta Center,” the team wrote in a media release.
