You have to play your game if you want to win and you’re not gonna, if you don’t bring it, it’s not going to happen. So I think it’s focusing on, obviously we know we’re going to go over what they do this and that, but you gotta. You got to play your game and everybody’s got to play to the best of their abilities. That’s just this time of year. The game. playoff streak. Preparation. Well, I mean, it’s always there. I feel like it’s there every game, every night that you play. I mean, it’s, there’s really nothing that’s changing other than the, the stakes are now way higher, um. You know, the intensity of it, every shift that, you know, could be the difference. I mean, it’s just how it is and the games, you know, are all going to be tight and You know, you’re playing a very, very good team, rather you wouldn’t be at this time of year playing, so, um. But the message is really doesn’t change. You, you mentioned faces a lot. Yeah, they do a great job of it. They got righty lefties. They, you know, you gotta give them credit for, um, you know, filling that void and, you know, that hole. there’s, that’s a, that’s an important aspect of the game and they’ve, they’ve covered it and, you know, it’s, uh, starting with the puck’s a big deal, um. You know, that’s, that’s a big part of the game. Yeah, it’s much better and he will get better. I, I say it’s, you know, most young guys that come in the league takes time and especially a kid that never played it, so, or never really played at the pro level, um, you know, he, he’ll, he’ll be, I think by the time he’s done, he’ll be a very, very good face-off man. Well, some days Going Not only a physical player, but also. There you go. That to me that, that, you know, everyone knows the style of play, which is obviously effective this time of year. It’s effective any time of the year, um, but I think it ramps up a little more, uh, this time of year, and then that what you mentioned, I think is actually more critical. It’s just he’s been, been through all this many times and he, he knows what it takes to get to the finish line. So, you know, I think that’s, that was, uh, one of the key reasons why we brought him in to begin with. appointment OK. Has that already Obviously you’re not ever get What is Yeah, I think I, I think it all, it, it doesn’t hurt when you’ve gone through these things. Let’s put it that way. It’s certainly experience and it’s certainly things that, um, you know, that pain that the guys have gone through, I think is, is, is, I don’t know if it’s motivation because I don’t know how much motivation that you can have than what we have, but, um, certainly, I, I think understanding the ups and downs of playoff hockey. I think they’ve been through it all and, um, you know, hopefully that, that helps us. this. It’s really hurt that you’ve got Riley, you know, a couple of rookies who played. Well, uh, you know, obviously, if it gets to that, where we’re, we’re relying on those guys, it’s probably not a good sign, you know, I mean, you, uh, any team, if you start knocking off your best players, is, you’re going against the other teams at this time of year, they all have really good players. I think you wouldn’t be playing. So, but to your point, we did at least get looks at guys for not just a game or two, for a real extended period, which, You know, it gives us a little more, you know, I guess, confidence. It certainly gives them if they have to get thrown in there, uh, confidence, but let’s hope that doesn’t really happen. Jacob out for a lot of the year. He actually just told us he, he feels a little fresh and like, and I know, I know it’s hard to, to go 40 games without him, but the idea that, you know, one of your, if you, if you value any of that, that, you know, playing 40 games versus the 80 matters now, then yes, it’s great. Now that you’d do it all, everyone would do it if you could, but you told me at the start of the year that we were going to miss him for 40 games out of, you know, that that’s not how you want to draw things up, so. Um, I think though, it goes to your point, you know, we had to, we had to face a little adversity. We had to figure things out on the fly a little differently, and we found a way to do that. So that, that bodes well. Expectations can you take another step. It’s been a long grind. Yeah, yeah, I, like I said, I mean, we turned the page now, so everything that’s been done is out the window, but we, we had to qualify to get to this opportunity and I think the guys did a phenomenal job this year. Having said that, like I said, it’s irrelevant now. Now everyone’s starting from scratch and, um, we got to go out there and, uh, we got to go prove it. Um, no, I don’t, I don’t, I mean, not really. It’s always there. I don’t know how it can get any anymore when you’re trying to. Be the best team, that’s your goal. The pressure is always going to be there. So whether you’d want it or not or didn’t, like, nobody’s wanted this year yet, you know, so we, we, pressure’s obviously, obviously they’re on every team. But Yeah. Well, I don’t know, we’ll see. I think, I think they’ve certainly matured. It’s obvious that our team has those top guys have matured, and when I say top guys now, some of our younger players are our top guys too, and you can just see their game has gotten better and. We need that, that’s obviously, we need to get better to get over that, you know, that whatever you guys want to call it. I mean, there’s another level we have to get to and I think these guys have, have grown as players and hopefully going through what they’ve gone through for some of them 8 years and some of them a couple of years, it helps us. Yeah. Well, I was actually, and this is the truth, I was just trying to get a hold of Paulie and because I knew that I was surprised, I, I give you guys credit. You didn’t ask that out of the gate. I was like, I, I, um, but, but I didn’t get to see him because he was having lunch. So he, he, so you guys are gonna have to sit on that one. Yeah. All right, thank you. What did he have for lunch?
