SOUTHAVEN, Miss. (WMC) – The Mid-South’s newest pro hockey team is set to open their inaugural season in October.
The Mid-South Monarchs announced their home opener will take place on Friday, October 23, at the Landers Center.
The remainder of the season and opponent details have not yet been shared.
The Monarchs are a part of the Federal Prospects Hockey League. They’ll play the first professional hockey game at the Landers Center since the Mississippi Riverkings folded in 2018.
Season tickets are available now, starting at $308.
