Hockey’s Holy Grail is in Alberta.
The Stanley Cup made a stop in Leduc, south of Edmonton, on Tuesday — the hometown of Carolina Hurricanes forward Jordan Martinook.
Martinook brought the Cup to the Leduc Recreation Centre, where fans lined up to take photos with the Cup and the NHL star.
The event was expected to last from 10-11:30 a.m.
The 34-year-old Martinook was born in Brandon, Man., but grew up in Leduc.
He won the Stanley Cup with the Hurricanes this year after they defeated the Vegas Golden Knights in the final.
