Mark your calendars, exhibition-style.

The Maple Leafs on Wednesday released their pre-season schedule for the 2025-26 campaign and it features the usual suspects as opponents.

The Leafs will play six games in September and October, including home-and-home sets against the Ottawa Senators, Montreal Canadiens and Detroit Red Wings.

The schedule goes as follows:

Sun., Sept 21 — at Ottawa, 3 p.m.

Tues., Sept 23 — vs Ottawa, 7 p.m.

Thurs., Sept. 25 — at Montreal, 7 p.m.

Sat., Sept. 27 — vs. Montreal, 7 p.m.

Thurs., Oct. 2 — vs. Detroit, 7 p.m.

Sat., Oct. 4 — at Detroit, 7 p.m.

The Red Wings actually had gotten the jump on the Leafs in announcing the dates of their home-and-home set, releasing their pre-season schedule on Tuesday.

The games are bound to be the first for the Leafs in nearly a decade without Mitch Marner, who is expected to sign with another National Hockey League club once free agency opens on July 1.

The top of the list of teams interested in Marner is thought to include Vegas, Dallas, Los Angeles, Anaheim and Carolina, though the actual number of suitors will be much higher.

On-ice sessions at Leafs training camp are expected to begin on Sept. 18, with a camp for prospects earlier in the summer.

The 2025-26 National Hockey League regular season schedule is expected to be released in the next week or so. The season will begin on Oct. 7.
