For quite possibly the final time, the Winnipeg Jets will suit up in six pre-season games.

With the NHL looking to release its framework on the memorandum of understanding for the extension of its collective bargaining agreement later this week, one piece of information expected to be included in the new CBA is the shortening of the pre-season and lengthening of the regular season.

Teams are expecting to play an 84-game regular season, which will begin with a four-game pre-season.

On Thursday, the Jets unveiled their six-game slate for September/October of 2025 in advance of the 2025-26 regular season.

Facing off against familiar opponents, the Jets will play three times at Canada Life Centre and three times on the road.

Once again, Winnipeg’s competition will be its closest geographical rivals with two games against each of Minnesota, Edmonton and Calgary from September 21 through October 3.
