FALL CREEK (WQOW) – Addison Gruhlke’s dreams are coming true.

The Fall Creek senior celebrated her commitment to join Beloit College women’s hockey Friday, securing her chance to compete at the next level, and with her sister.

Kennedy Gruhlke, who just finished her sophomore season at Northland College, will reunite with Addison to help the Buccaneers build a brand new program. Beloit College will compete in the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference as an affiliate member starting this season, and has acquired coaches and players from Northland College, which is closing this spring.

Addison Gruhlke helped the ECA Stars reach the Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association state tournament this past season and earned all state honorable mention honors from the Girls Wisconsin Hockey Coaches Association.
