The Bruins traded back from the 69th pick (nice), and got Forward Cooper Simpson from the Tri-City Storm!:

Here’s what EliteProspects’ Draft Guide had to say:

An explosive skater, Simpson blends pace, puckhandling, and separation shooting to overwhelm opposing defenders and goaltenders. He boasts a diverse deke package, executes plays in both tight and open space, and uses deception masterfully around the crease. His shot is highly adaptable – slinging catch-and-release efforts with precision and unleashing a lightning-quick wrist-fold release…presents a classic upside swing who could easily outperform his eventual draft slot. With top-nine potential as a dynamic,speed-driven winger, Simpson is set to join the University of North Dakota for the 2025-26 season — likely stepping into ascoring role right away.

As the guide stated, Simpson will be making his debut for North Dakota this upcoming year; joining a rapidly improving UND and NCHC. He’ll be tested fiercely, but I imagine that’s what the Bruisn want in a player like him. Especially since he should’ve been picked eight picks prior (at least according to EP)

Here are his stats!:

Let’s all welcome Cooper to the Black and Gold!
