Tim Gettinger hoped to work his way back into the NHL when he signed with the Detroit Red Wings in 2023. It didn\u2019t happen. Now the 6-6, 222-pount left wing has signed with the Schwenningen Wild Wings in Germany.<\/p>\n
Gettinger, 27, spent the past two seasons with the Grand Rapids Griffins, tallying 19 goals and 22 assists in 109 games.<\/p>\n
