Now retired, Boyle will occasionally make an appearance at Sharks events. Most recently, Boyle participated in <a href=\"https:\/\/sharkshockeydigest.com\/san-jose-sharks-thornton-hockey-hall-of-fame-inductee\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Joe Thornton\u2019s<\/a> Jersey Retirement Legends game.<\/p>\n<p>A video has appeared on social media of Boyle participating in a recreational three-on-three adult hockey tournament at Sharks Ice San Jose. Although the NHL veteran of 1,093 games is known for his skating ability, Boyle was seen without skates on.<\/p>\n<p>Advertisement.
