{"id":217453,"date":"2025-09-30T23:36:41","date_gmt":"2025-09-30T23:36:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.rawchili.com\/nhl\/217453\/"},"modified":"2025-09-30T23:36:41","modified_gmt":"2025-09-30T23:36:41","slug":"utah-mammoth-fans-get-more-room-as-delta-centers-first-renovation-phase-wraps-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.rawchili.com\/nhl\/217453\/","title":{"rendered":"Utah Mammoth fans get more room as Delta Center\u2019s first renovation phase wraps"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>SALT LAKE CITY (KUTV) \u2014 The Utah Mammoth added more than 1,100 new lower-bowl seats for NHL fans as part of the first phase of the Delta Center\u2019s transformation.<\/p>\n<p>Smith Entertainment Group announced it had completed the initial phase of renovations, which began in April 2025 during the Mammoth and Utah Jazz offseason.<\/p>\n<p>A spokesperson for SEG said the upgrades included a one-of-a-kind riser seating system, custom-designed for the Delta Center, aimed at improving sightlines for both hockey and basketball games.<\/p>\n<p>The new seating brought the official capacity for Mammoth games to 12,478 for the 2025-26 NHL season.
