\t\t\t\t\tLongstanding Maple Leafs rival Brad Marchand<\/a> crosses a line yet again, purposely damaging an opponent’s equipment, and will likely get away with it.<\/p>\n The Florida Panthers have officially cemented themselves as a modern-day dynasty, winning back-to-back Stanley Cups and establishing their dominance across the league.<\/p>\n The Toronto Maple Leafs came closest to knocking them off last season, pushing the Panthers to seven games and proving to be their toughest test of the playoffs.<\/p>\n One player deeply involved in that run — and one Leafs fans know all too well, is Brad Marchand.<\/p>\n But it’s never just about the stats with Marchand. He’s made a career out of getting under opponents’ skin — constantly crossing the line between fair play and suspension worthy behaviour.<\/p>\n Now, it seems he’s back to his old tricks. During a heated exchange with Buffalo Sabres captain Rasmus Dahlin<\/a>, Marchand once again crossed the line, stealing Dahlin’s helmet and ripping the straps off before tossing it back on the ice.<\/p>\n Maple Leafs Fans Know Marchand’ Antics All Too Well<\/p>\n It’s the kind of act that should result in an extra penalty, maybe even a misconduct — but, somehow, the league’s most infamous pest got away with it yet again.<\/p>\n Over the summer, he once again had Leafs fans on edge after teasing a possible move to Toronto<\/a>.
