\t\t\t\t\tWe can say that Jakub Dobes<\/a> went through a very emotional moment after the Montreal Canadiens’ loss to the New Jersey Devils.<\/p>\n

But it also drew reactions from analysts.<\/p>\n

For many, Dobes didn’t need to carry all that weight on his own.<\/p>\n

Indeed, according to him, Dobes was not responsible for this loss.<\/p>\n

On the contrary, he kept his team in it for long stretches.<\/p>\n

Gagnon also points out that Jacob Markstrom<\/a>, on the other side, gave up two fairly easy goals. That’s what allowed the Canadiens to stay in the game – it puts things in perspective.<\/p>\n

To me, Dobes’ reaction mainly shows how much he cares about his role. You can see a young goaltender who wants to perform well for his team. He feels the pressure of the jersey, and that’s normal.<\/p>\n

With time, I truly believe that this kind of emotion can become a real strength.<\/p>\n
