Puck drop is at 7:00 p.m. EST. Tuesday’s game kicks off a four-game homestand for the Flyers.

The Flyers enter Tuesday’s game fresh after a four-game road trip where they went 2-2-0 out of the holiday break. Philadelphia had a road game in Chicago right before the break, where they came out with the win, making the team 3-2-0 in their previous five.

For the Ducks, well, it has not been smooth sailing as of late. They are 0-4-1 in their previous five games, and are on a six-game losing skid.

Flyers’ head coach Rick Tocchet has confirmed Dan Vladar starts in goal, and the defensive pairs will remain unchanged, with some game-time decisions for the forwards. So, here is how the Flyers are expected to lineup for their 7:00 p.m. matchup vs. the Ducks.

Read More: Flyers Blog: Starting the New Year on the Right Foot

Flyers lines & pairs vs. Ducks

Forwards

Trevor Zegras–Christian Dvorak–Travis Konecny
Denver Barkey–Sean Couturier–Owen Tippett
Matvei Michkov–Noah Cates–Bobby Brink
Carl Grundstrom–Rodrigo Abols–Garnet Hathaway

Defensemen

Cam York–Travis Sanheim
Emil Andrae-Jamie Drysdale
Nick Seeler-Rasmus Ristolainen

Goaltenders

Dan Vladar
Sam Ersson

Special Teams
PP1: Drysdale, Dvorak, Konecny, Barkey, Zegras
PP2: York, Cates, Tippett, Brink, Michkov

PK1: Couturier, Konecny, York, Sanheim
PK 2: Abols, Grundstrom, Seeler, Ristolainen

Read More: Olympic Bound: Flyers’ Dan Vladar Named to Czech Olympic Team

Things to watch

Well, Tuesday should be fun. The last time the Ducks came to town, it was the loudest I have heard this arena in a long, long time. Cutter Gauthier returns to Philly, and the expectation is that the fans will have lost no love since the last time he made the trip to South Philadelphia.

On that same note, “Jamie’s better” chants from the crowd filled the arena in the defenseman’s first home game against his former team. It led to arguably Drysdale’s best game as a Flyer, at least that season. Now, it’s Trevor Zegras’ turn for a revenge game. Zegras will face his former team for the first time after spending five seasons in SoCal.

Tuesday will also be Christian Dvorak’s first game after inking his new extension with the club. Look for Dvorak to have plenty of juice after signing a five-year deal to remain in Philadelphia.

Finally, we will have a matchup of Czech Olympians between the pipes on Tuesday. Czechia’s Olympic roster has finally been released, and the Flyers’ Dan Vladar will join the Ducks’ Lukas Dostal on the roster. Both goalies are expected to face off tonight.

In all honesty, the odds seem stacked in Philly’s favor here. The Ducks are on a massive losing streak, the arena will be loud, and a handful of Flyers will have some extra motivation tonight. This should be a fun one.

How to watch Flyers vs. Ducks

TV: NBC Sports Philadelphia, ESPN+ (Stream)
Radio: 97.5 The Fanatic

Puck drop is at 7:00 p.m. EST at Xfinity Mobile Arena.

Read More: PhHN Daily: Flyers Extend Dvorak; Devils Drama; Senators Trade Rumors

The Philadelphia Flyers (21-12-7) are back on home ice on Tuesday when they host the Anaheim Ducks (21-18-3)…

[5123
2210,233,5292,1739,36308,5,4,56
0":"post-396993","1":"post","2":"type-post","3":"status-publish","4":"format-standard","5":"has-post-thumbnail","7":"category-anaheim-ducks","8":"tag-anaheim","9":"tag-anaheim-ducks","10":"tag-anaheimducks","11":"tag-ducks","12":"tag-flyers-game","13":"tag-hockey","14":"tag-nhl","15":"tag-philadelphia-flyers
["GET
