Mandatory Credit: James Guillory-Imagn Images Purchase Licensing Rights, opens new tab<\/a><\/p>\n January 7 – K’Andre Miller scored two goals and added an assist while Seth Jarvis, in his first game back from an injury, provided a goal and an assist as the Carolina Hurricanes blew past the Dallas Stars for a 6-3 victory Tuesday night at Raleigh, N.C.<\/p>\n Shayne Gostisbehere, Logan Stankoven and William Carrier netted Carolina’s other goals, while Andrei Svechnikov supplied four assists and Nikolaj Ehlers had three assists. Brandon Bussi made 20 saves to improve his record to 15-2-1.<\/p>\n Jason Robertson, Mikko Rantanen, who played briefly for the Hurricanes last season, and Wyatt Johnston scored the Stars’ goals, but Dallas’ slump extended to a season-worst six consecutive losses.
