Toronto Maple Leafs<\/a> forward William Nylander<\/a> will return to the lineup for Saturday\u2019s game against the visiting Vancouver Canucks<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The 29-year-old, who has missed the last six games with a lower-body injury, skated on the second line with centre John Tavares<\/a> and winger Matias Maccelli<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Nylander has 14 goals and 27 assists over 33 games with the Leafs this season. <\/p>\n

Defenceman Jake McCabe<\/a> is a game-time decision after missing the last two games with a lower-body injury. <\/p>\n

The 32-year-old American has three goals and 13 assists over 41 games in 2025-26., <\/p>\n

Goalie Anthony Stolarz<\/a> was on the ice and taking shots from staff members ahead of the morning skate as he continues to work his way towards a return after being sidelined since Nov. 11 with an upper-body injury. <\/p>\n

Leafs are set to hold a full skate later this morning ahead of their game against the Canucks. <\/p>\n

Following practice head coach Craig Berube<\/a> said Stolarz is \u201ccoming along well\u201d and is expected to join the team on their upcoming four-game road trip which begins Monday against the first-place Colorado Avalanche<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Joseph Woll<\/a> is the projected starter against the Canucks. <\/p>\n
