New Jersey Devils<\/a> forward Zack MacEwen<\/a> will miss the rest of the 2025-26 season after having ACL surgery, the team announced on Saturday. <\/p>\n

The 29-year-old from Charlottetown, PEI, has played in three games for the Devils this season and hasn\u2019t recorded a point. <\/p>\n

MacEwen hasn\u2019t played since Nov. 12. <\/p>\n

In other injury new winger Stefan Noesen<\/a> is scheduled to undergo knee surgery next week and will be placed on the injured reserve.<\/p>\n

Noesen will be out long-term, according to head coach Sheldon Keefe<\/a>. <\/p>\n

The 32-year-old American has three goals and four assists over 38 games for the Devils in 2025-26, his second year in New Jersey.<\/p>\n

Noesen has scored 83 goals and 92 assists over 482 career games with the Anaheim Ducks<\/a>, Pittsburgh Penguins<\/a>, San Jose Sharks<\/a>, Toronto Maple Leafs<\/a>, Carolina Hurricanes<\/a> and two stints with the Devils. <\/p>\n

New Jersey has struggled recently, dropping three straight games by a total score of 16-2. They sit sixth in the Metropolitan Division with a 22-20-2 record. <\/p>\n
