Winnipeg Jets<\/a> defenceman Colin Miller<\/a> suffered a lower-body injury and was ruled out of their game against the New Jersey Devils<\/a> on Sunday.<\/p>\n

INJURY UPDATE: #NHLJets<\/a> D – Colin Miller will not return to today’s game due to a lower body injury.<\/p>\n

Miller, 33, logged 4:14 of ice time in the game before he departed with the injury and was subsequently ruled out.<\/p>\n

The native of Sault Ste. Marie, Ont., who is playing in his 11th NHL season, has one assist in 14 games this year.<\/p>\n

Miller has spent the past three season with the Jets. Originally selected in the fifth round (151st overall) in the 2012 NHL Entry Draft by the Los Angeles Kings<\/a>, Miller has made stops at the NHL level with the Boston Bruins<\/a>, Vegas Golden Knights<\/a>, Buffalo Sabres<\/a>, Dallas Stars<\/a>, Devils and Jets.<\/p>\n

In 586 career NHL games, Miller has 43 goals and 182 points.<\/p>\n
