Michael Vartan doesn\u2019t need an alias to go out in public thanks to his changing looks.<\/p>\n

The \u201cAlias\u201d alum, 57, was spotted grocery shopping in Los Angeles on Monday and looked completely unrecognizable from his days as a 2000s heartthrob.<\/p>\n

Vartan was dressed casually in a black hoodie, Puma pants and a Los Angeles Kings hat. The actor rocked a gray beard and glasses, adding to his drastically different appearance.<\/p>\n

Vartan starred in \u201cAlias\u201d opposite Jennifer Garner from 2001-2006, and the two dated briefly in real life in 2003.<\/p>\n

He also starred in memorable rom-coms \u201cNever Been Kissed\u201d with Drew Barrymore and \u201cMonster-in-Law\u201d with Jennifer Lopez.<\/p>\n

His last acting gig was guest starring in an episode of CBS\u2019 \u201cGod Friended Me\u201d back in 2018.<\/p>\n

Vartan is still friendly with his past co-stars despite taking a step back from Hollywood.<\/p>\n

In 2023, Garner wished him a happy birthday<\/a> on Instagram by posting a still of them together on \u201cAlias.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI can\u2019t remember why I was Bavarian, but I do know today is your birthday,\u201d she wrote. \u201cHope it\u2019s a great one, Michael!\u201d<\/p>\n

In 2021, he appeared on \u201cThe Drew Barrymore Show,\u201d<\/a> and stunned his former co-star by revealing he had \u201cfeelings\u201d during their iconic kissing scene in 1999\u2019s \u201cNever Been Kissed.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cSo, I get up to the mound, we embrace, and we start kissing,\u201d he recalled. \u201cAnd you really kissed me. I mean, you\u00a0really\u00a0kissed me.\u201d<\/p>\n

Vartan said he had to preemptively end the kiss so as not to embarrass himself.<\/p>\n

\u201cSo what I did is, in a panic, I just yelled \u2018Cut\u2019 and bent over and said, \u2018Oh guys, sorry, my back. I pulled my back out playing ball at lunch,’\u201d he shared. \u201cFinally, I was able to compose myself.\u201d<\/p>\n

Vartan reflected on his role<\/a> as attractive teacher Sam Coulson when Page Six spoke to him in 2019. <\/p>\n

\u201cI had never wanted to be an actor ever,\u201d Vartan told us. \u201cI had no idea what I was doing. I remember the first week of shooting, I was concentrating more on not forgetting my lines or vomiting on Drew\u2019s shoes rather than doing actual creative work because I was so nervous and I wanted to do so well.\u201d<\/p>\n

Barrymore also left a big impression on him.<\/p>\n
