But at the end of the period, they exploded for two goals in 65 seconds. \u00a0<\/p>\n The Golden Knights found the equalizer at 17:17 in the second. Shea Theodore found Alexander Holtz at the point, and Holtz\u2019s shot deflected off Fedor Svechkov and into Nashville\u2019s net.\u00a0<\/p>\n The Golden Knights took their first lead of the night at 18:22 in the second period. Keegan Kolesar won a board battle and worked the puck back to the point for Jeremy Lauzon. Lauzon got it to Shea Theodore, who went top-shelf in his 600th career game.\u00a0<\/p>\n The first five minutes of the third period were tightly contested. Then, the dam broke, and the wheels came off. The Predators lost all their fight, and the Golden Knights went on to score five goals in 9:20.\u00a0<\/p>\n The Golden Knights extended their lead at 5:52 in the third period. The Golden Knights rattled off three goals in just 2:44 to add insult to injury and rub salt in the wound. Over that stretch, they scored on three of their four shots on net.<\/p>\n The Golden Knights added another at 12:26 in the third. Tanner Laczynski intercepted Nic Hague\u2019s clearing attempt and found Alexander Holtz in the left circle.
