The Nashville Predators<\/a> announced on Jan. 30 that they are opening Bridgestone Arena for those affected by the area’s recent ice storm.<\/p>\n

“Members of the community can visit the arena from 11:30 a.m. \u2013 4:30 p.m. CT to charge devices, fill up water bottles and enjoy a meal,” the Predators<\/a> said in a release. Meals are provided courtesy of the Predators and concessions partner Delaware North.<\/p>\n

Bridgestone Arena is one of many Nashville establishments offering food and free meals<\/a> after the winter storm devastated the area. Recent estimates say that over 70,000 residents are still without power<\/a> in the area and the Nashville area is still under a cold weather advisory through Feb. 2.<\/p>\n

Additionally, the Predators are allocating 500 free tickets to see the Harlem Globetrotters at the arena on Jan. 31. The Globetrotters play two games (2 p.m. CT and 7 p.m. CT). With each ticket, there’s also a $10 food and beverage voucher that can be used at concession stands around the arena.<\/p>\n
