After the Winnipeg Jets\u2019<\/a> 2-1 regulation comeback win<\/a> in Florida against the Panthers<\/a>, they\u2019ll look to wrap up their four-game road trip with another two points tonight in Dallas against the Stars<\/a>, in the second-to-last game before the Olympic break.Winnipeg will aim to head home with a winning record on the trip. So far, they\u2019ve guaranteed at least a split, with victories in New Jersey over the Devils<\/a> and in Florida, with their lone loss coming in Tampa Bay against the Lightning<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Two goals in the third period in Sunrise were enough for two points. Cole Perfetti tied the game 1-1 at 8:43 with his fifth of the year before Mark Scheifele netted the go-ahead and eventual game-winning goal at 15:46, his 27th, on a fancy passing play with Kyle Connor and Gustav Nyquist. Eric Comrie was spectacular between the pipes, making 27 saves for his third consecutive win.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s hopefully huge for momentum,\u201d Perfetti said of the win in Florida<\/a>. \u201cI think the guys are feeling really good right now, and obviously we\u2019re going into Dallas, who\u2019s another tough building and a division rival, so it\u2019s going to be a good test for us.\u201dDallas is coming off a 3-2 regulation win over the Utah Mammoth<\/a> on Saturday. Thomas Harley (4), Wyatt Johnston (29), and Matt Duchene (9) scored for the Stars, with two of the goals coming on the power play, while Casey DeSmith turned aside 12 shots. Dallas enters tonight\u2019s game riding a four-game win streak and sits just one point back of the Minnesota Wild for second in the Central Division.Nine points separate the Jets from the final wild-card spot, currently held by the Los Angeles Kings<\/a>. All Winnipeg can do is focus on Dallas, who has beaten them by one goal in regulation twice already this season, 5-4 on Oct. 9 and 4-3 on Dec. 9.<\/p>\n

The Jets will hold a morning skate Monday, where any potential lineup changes should become clearer, or if head coach Scott Arniel plans to roll with the same lines he used in Florida on Saturday.<\/p>\n
