After an ugly stretch that saw the Dallas Stars<\/a> lose 11 of 14 games from Dec. 23 to Jan. 22, they are offically back on track and are in the midst of a five-game winning streak.<\/p>\n

They\u2019ll look to extend that streak to six games Wednesday night when they welcome the team they beat to start their winning streak, the St. Louis Blues, to the American Airlines Center.<\/p>\n

The game includes an odd scheduling quirk, as Wednesday\u2019s matchup will be Dallas\u2019 third game against St. Louis in its last six games. The Stars scored a game-winning goal in the final moments of both of those recent games against the Blues<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Dallas (3rd in the Central Division) is 33-14-9 overall and 11-4-1 against the Central Division. The Stars have an 18-3-4 record when they serve fewer penalty minutes than their opponent.<\/p>\n

St. Louis (8th in the Central Division) has gone 20-27-9 overall with a 5-12-0 record against the Central Division. The Blues have conceded 195 goals while scoring 142 for a -53 scoring differential.<\/p>\n

The teams meet Wednesday for the fourth time this season. The Stars won the last meeting 4-3<\/a>. Matt Duchene scored two goals in the win.<\/p>\n

Jason Robertson has 31 goals and 33 assists for the Stars. Duchene has five goals and three assists over the last 10 games.<\/p>\n
