At this point, the math isn\u2019t in New Jersey\u2019s favor, especially after the New York Islanders won last night. In fact, the math hasn\u2019t been in their favor for a while.<\/p>\n

Now, after an inexcusable loss to a division rival last night, it\u2019s clear the head coach is showing more frustration. He\u2019s been able to reserve himself, until last night, when he made some pointed comments while identifying who to blame. More on that in the links.<\/p>\n

Elsewhere, the Artemi Panarin sweepstakes as we near the Olymbic break roster freeze, Philly\u2019s GM clears air on Matvei Michkov, and some other NHL trade rumors.<\/p>\n
