The other two players, who are active, are Ryan Reaves and Ty Dellandrea. Dellandrea hasn’t played since Jan. 6 against the Columbus Blue Jackets and is dealing with a right leg injury.

The useful centerman blocked a shot off his leg and was spotted in a large leg brace following the Sharks’ 3-1 win over the New York Rangers on Jan. 23.

Dellandrea just walked out of the #SJSharks room. Although there wasn’t much of an update Warsofsky could give, there doesn’t seem to be optimism surrounding a return to the lineup out of the Olympic break for Dellandrea.

“Too soon to say,” Warsofsky said about Dellandrea’s potential to be available when the team returns.

As for Reaves, the news is much more positive. Despite going on IR due to an upper-body injury, the San Jose Sharks don’t believe the injury is serious. Reaves move to IR allowed Kiefer Sherwood to be activated and make his debut.

“I would say it’s day-to-day.
