It\u2019s a frightening thought with 25 games left in the season and the NHL Trade Deadline still ahead. What\u2019s the Devils\u2019 direction with a GM who is likely gone after the season, but firing him now doesn\u2019t do all that much?<\/p>\n

A lot of hard questions, including a look at the core like we said a few weeks ago, need to be asked.<\/p>\n

By the way, the Devils\u2019 Olympic send-off was hardly a celebration. Nico Hischer was the only one to receive a real cheer. Everything else, the crowd went mild. Including a mixed reaction for\u2026 Jack Hughes\u2026<\/p>\n
