J.T. Miller admitted he has no answers for the New York Rangers, and the captaincy talk exploded heading into the Olympic break.<\/p>\n

After Thursday\u2019s loss, Miller tried to sum up the message and came out with, \u201cI literally don\u2019t know.\u201d He added they need to \u201ccome back with a better mindset I guess.\u201d<\/p>\n

That\u2019s an honest quote, but it\u2019s also gasoline when a team is sliding and the room looks shaken.<\/p>\n

New York goes into the break at 22-29-6, and the vibes feel heavy even by this season\u2019s standards.<\/p>\n

Miller is hardly producing as he has 14G-22A-36P, despite playing the hard minutes every night, but when the captain sounds defeated, fans hear resignation, not leadership.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s a brutal take, but it\u2019s not random either. The Rangers named Miller captain in September, and expectations came with it.<\/p>\n
