Vancouver Canucks forward Brock Boeser has announced some life-changing news as the club is currently away on their break for the 2026 Winter Olympics in Italy.<\/p>\n

“It’s been tough – my confidence has been pretty low. We talk about these slumps and the only way out of it is hard work and trusting the process.” Boeser said about his offensive struggles according to Jeff Paterson of Canucks Army.<\/p>\n

He added, “I feel like I’ve still had a lot of chances, I just haven’t put the puck in the net. That’s on me. I have to find ways to bear down and find a way to put the puck in the net. It’s definitely been hard to stay positive, but it comes down to the work. And I think when you put the work in, you’ll get bounces.”<\/p>\n

Boeser’s offensive struggles combined with his name being mentioned in trade rumors hasn’t made it an easy year for the Burnsville, Minnesota native, but the Canucks forward has a lot to smile about this weekend after announcing some life-changing news.<\/p>\n

“Boeser\u2019s new fianc\u00e9e is from Vancouver, meaning that he will have a connection to the city no matter where his career winds up. While rumours have swirled that the Canucks may look to trade Boeser, he has a no-movement clause in his contract, which has six more remaining on it.” Preston Hodgkinson of Daily Hive said.<\/p>\n

“For now, we know that the Canucks are ‘listening.’ And I can add that among this veteran group of eight players, I sense that Garland \u2014 whose no-move clause doesn\u2019t kick in until July 1 \u2014 and Boeser should be considered the most likely of Vancouver\u2019s veteran players who could realistically be moved before the deadline.” Thomas Drance of The Athletic said recently.<\/p>\n
