A requirement of each team will be arranging deals with local TV stations to carry broadcasts of games. Teams would also be responsible for selling advertising and streaming packages.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cInformation on cable\/satellite providers and streaming subscriptions [are] to be announced at a later date.<\/p>\n<p>Changes Aren\u2019t Expected To Red Wings Broadcasts This Season<\/p>\n<p>Main Street Sports Group, the owner of FanDuel Sports Network Detroit, is in financial trouble. They didn\u2019t make a broadcast rights payment that was due on February 1.<\/p>\n<p>The anticipation is that Main Street Sports will be continuing to deliver Red Wings broadcasts for the remainder of this season.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRed Wings coverage on FanDuel Sports Network Detroit is expected to continue through the end of the 2025-26 season,\u201d the team reported. \u201cIn the event that changes, updated tune, updated tune-in details will be communicated to fans.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The Red Wings briefly explored launching their own television network in 2018.
