It\u2019s quite the news that has dropped regarding the Trois-Rivi\u00e8res Lions.<\/p>\n

We\u2019ve just learned that forward Logan Nijhoff is officially leaving the organization to try his luck overseas.<\/p>\n

The Lions placed his name on the suspended list in order to free up a spot on the active roster. It\u2019s a standard procedure when a player decides to break his contract to head to Europe.<\/p>\n

Let\u2019s call it like it is, it\u2019s a loss for the Laval Rocket\u2019s ECHL affiliate.<\/p>\n

Logan Nijhoff brought a physical presence and honest leadership in the locker room.<\/p>\n

In Trois-Rivi\u00e8res, they are still searching for stability this season. Seeing a regular player pack his bags like that always leaves fans feeling a bit unsettled.<\/p>\n
