Let\u2019s call it like it is, the news just dropped and things are getting pretty shaken up in front of the net in Laval.<\/p>\n

The Rocket therefore made an emergency recall of goaltender Hunter Jones from the Trois-Rivi\u00e8res Lions today.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s simple, the infirmary is starting to overflow in front of the farm team\u2019s net, as Kaapo Kahkonen has also been dealing with an injury for the past few weeks.<\/p>\n

Fowler was heavily relied upon with seven starts in just 15 days before last weekend\u2019s break.<\/p>\n

We can agree that this workload may have finally caught up to the 21-year-old netminder.<\/p>\n

Let\u2019s be honest, the situation is far from ideal for the head coach, who has to prepare for an intense stretch.<\/p>\n

The official schedule shows no mercy, with three games in four days starting Friday night.<\/p>\n

Laval is in a tight race for the playoffs, and the absence of a number-one goaltender could hurt.<\/p>\n

Can the Rocket survive without Fowler?<\/p>\n
