The Mavericks point guard recently celebrated the launch of his ANTA KAI 3, the third signature shoe since Irving became the company\u2019s chief creative officer in 2023.<\/p>\n Thompson joins LeBron James and Kevin Durant (Nike) and Damian Lillard (Adidas) as active NBA players with lifetime shoe endorsement contracts. His former teammate Stephen Curry previously had a lifetime deal with Under Armour, but he parted ways with the longtime company in November after 13 years.<\/p>\n After starting his career with Nike, Thompson left the company to sign a contract with ANTA in 2014.
