A National Hockey League insider has given an injury update on Vancouver Canucks centerman Filip Chytil after he left a game earlier this month against Utah.<\/p>\n
The Vancouver Canucks have been riddled with injury issues all season long, with a good chunk of the team’s active roster spending time on the sidelines from the moment training camp got underway in mid-September.<\/p>\n
Thankfully, Chytil was able to return to game action for the Vancouver Canucks for six games, however during their penultimate contest prior to the National Hockey League’s Olympic break, the Czech centerman was forced to leave due to migraine issues.<\/p>\n
“Filip Chytil is unlikely to return to the #Canucks lineup for their final game before the Olympic break. He\u2019s dealing with migraines, according to head coach Adam Foote.” Thomas Drance of The Athletic said.<\/p>\n

“I don\u2019t think so. He\u2019s going to see someone that\u2019s dealt with other players with the same type of injury, migraines. A new doctor. Hopefully, we can get down to the bottom of it. He\u2019ll have a week or so where they\u2019re on and off, and then he doesn\u2019t have them for a while. So, hopefully that can be found and corrected. I\u2019m positive that it will.” Foote said to reporters earlier this month.<\/p>\n
