McDavid, 29, has played 11 NHL seasons, winning the Ted Lindsay Award four times, the Art Ross Trophy five times, the Hart Memorial Trophy three times and becoming a one-time Maurice Richard Trophy and Conn Smythe Trophy winner.<\/p>\n

He lost back-to-back Stanley Cup Finals against the Florida Panthers (2024 and 2025), scoring four goals and dishing out 14 assists in 13 games.<\/p>\n McDavid had the chance to win silverware for his national team at the Milano-Cortina Games, but Jack Hughes and Co. had different plans. The veteran finished as the leading scorer in Italy, posting 13 points with two goals and 11 assists, during the Olympic tournament.<\/p>\n He surpassed Finland\u2019s Teemu Selanne and Saku Koivu, who held the previous record with 11 points.
