For the first time since the \u201cMiracle on Ice\u201d in 1980, Team USA Hockey is golden.<\/p>\n

The Americans clinched the gold medal at the Winter Olympics<\/a> in Italy on Sunday morning with a thrilling overtime victory over Canada in the Olympic final.<\/p>\n

With the game tied 1-1 after U.S. goalie Connor Hellebuyck\u2019s heroic effort to get the game to overtime, it was Devils star Jack Hughes scoring the game-winner to lift the U.S. to gold. Hughes\u2019 brother Quinn scored the overtime winner in the U.S. quarterfinal game against Sweden.<\/a><\/p>\n
