His record-breaking goal came in the second period, when he deflected a Miro Heiskanen shot to give Dallas a 4-0 advantage.<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">Johnston has been one of Dallas\u2019 top playmakers over the past four seasons. His first- and second-period goals put him at 31 for the campaign.
