WASHINGTON, D.C. \u2013\u00a0The Utah Mammoth begins a five-game road trip in the nation\u2019s capital city, taking on NHL all-time leading goal-scorer Alexander Ovechkin<\/a> and the Washington Capitals.<\/p>\n

The Capitals (31-24-7, 69 points) are playing host to the Mammoth (31-25-4, 66 points) at Capital One Arena on Tuesday, March 3.<\/p>\n

Utah looks to find its groove after a frustrating, 4-0 shutout loss against the woeful Chicago Blackhawks to begin March. The Mammoth are tied with the Edmonton Oilers for the two Western Conference Wild Card<\/a> spots.<\/p>\n

They hold a four-point lead over the San Jose Sharks, Nashville Predators, and Los Angeles Kings.<\/p>\n
