With Friday\u2019s trade deadline just about upon the last-place Rangers \u2014 and additional deals still likely \u2014 Mike Sullivan believes his players have handled the past several weeks of uncertainty well.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cI think they\u2019ve done a good job. I think they bring the right energy,\u201d Sullivan said after Wednesday\u2019s practice. \u201cI\u2019m probably stating the obvious, but I don\u2019t think we\u2019re unique to this. I think this is just part of the business.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cAnd leading up to trade deadlines, there\u2019s always uncertainty on teams. It\u2019s across the league. It\u2019s not just our team. So obviously there\u2019s more noise in some cities than there are in others. And so I think our guys have done a real good job of just compartmentalizing, focusing on the game and control the controllables.\u201d<\/p>\n

Leading scorer Artemi Panarin already was dealt to the Kings<\/a> last month, and players such as Vincent Trocheck, Braden Schneider and Sam Carrick are among those who could be moved next.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cI haven\u2019t looked too far into it. I\u2019ve tried to stay away from it and just think about the things I can control, and that\u2019s playing the game, trying to get wins for our team, and that\u2019s kind of the only thing I can do,\u201d Schneider said. \u201cWe\u2019ve done a decent job. <\/p>\n

\u201cI think everyone that\u2019s come to the rink has been positive, has been a good teammate, and everyone\u2019s done a good job at just worrying about the things that we need to worry about, and whatever happens will happen.\u201d<\/p>\n

Center Juuso Parssinen is back with the Rangers for the first time since he was sent to AHL Hartford in November. <\/p>\n

He only appeared in 11 games for the Wolf Pack due to an injury, but he scored four goals in his past five games.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Winger Adam Edstrom (lower-body injury) is \u201cgetting a whole lot closer\u201d to rejoining the lineup for the first time since Nov. 29, according to Sullivan, possibly as early as Thursday\u2019s game against Toronto. \u2026 Sullivan gave no time frame on captain J.T.
