The New York Islanders<\/a> have signed top prospect Cole Eiserman to a three-year, entry-level contract on Wednesday.<\/p>\n

Eiserman, 19, was drafted 20th overall by the Islanders in the 2024 draft and played the last two seasons with Boston University of the NCAA.<\/p>\n

The 6-foot winger recorded 18 goals and 28 points in the NCAA this season and finished his college career with 43 goals and 64 points in 71 career games.<\/p>\n

Prior to joining Boston University, Eiserman played two seasons with the United States National Development Team Program and overtook Montreal Canadiens<\/a> forward Cole Caufield<\/a> as the program\u2019s all-time leading goal scorer in 2024 with 127 goals.<\/p>\n

He sits second in USNTDP all-time scoring with 193, only behind New Jersey Devils<\/a> star Jack Hughes<\/a> with 228.<\/p>\n

The Newburyport, Mass., native represented the United States twice at the World Juniors, taking home a gold medal in 2025 and finishing fifth in 2026.<\/p>\n

Eiserman also won gold for the United States at the Under-17 World Hockey Challenge in 2022, and the Under-18 World Hockey Championship in 2023.<\/p>\n
