THE Minnesota Wild is mourning the death of beloved reporter Jessi Pierce.<\/p>\n

NHL reporter Pierce and her three children died in a house fire<\/a> on Saturday.<\/p>\n

Now Wild general manager Bill Guerin, 55, has spoken out about her death.<\/p>\n

\u201cWords just can\u2019t express how devastated we all are,\u201d Guerin said during a press conference<\/a>. \u201cBut as I mentioned to some of you the other night, we\u2019re all in this together.<\/p>\n

\u201cJessi was always happy, always in a good mood, always a pleasure to deal with for me, and we\u2019ll miss her.\u201d<\/p>\n

The fire took place at Pierce\u2019s family home in White Bear Lake, Minnesota.<\/p>\n

‘HEARTBREAKING’<\/p>\n

Fans rally around Jessi Pierce’s husband who lost wife and 3 kids in fire<\/p>\n

It also killed her three children, Hudson, 8, Cayden, 6, and Avery, 4, alongside their family dog.<\/p>\n

Pierce had been a reporter covering the Wild for the NHL<\/a>\u2018s website for a decade.<\/p>\n

She was 37 years old.<\/p>\n

Reporter Pierce shared one final photo with her children on social media<\/a> just a day before their deaths.<\/p>\n

The hockey world has rallied around her husband Mike Hinrichs<\/a> following Pierce\u2019s death.<\/p>\n

A fundraiser has been launched to help cover funeral costs and support the family during this difficult time.<\/p>\n

More than $170,000 has been raised at the time of writing.<\/p>\n

This includes an incredible $10,000 donation from the Columbus Blue Jackets.<\/p>\n

A $1,000 donation has also been made by Minnesota Hockey<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Wild GM Guerin has extended his sympathies to members of the media as his team offer support to those who need it.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe great thing about our community is it doesn\u2019t matter what part of it you\u2019re in \u2013 media, player, coach, manager \u2013 we\u2019re all in this together and we support each other,\u201d Guerin continued.<\/p>\n

Wild captain Jared Spurgeon, 36, has also expressed his thoughts following Pierce\u2019s death.<\/p>\n

\u201cIf you ever met her, you just feel the energy around her,\u201d Spurgeon said. \u201cEvery time she was in here, she had a smile on her face, whether it\u2019s talking about the game at hand or just youth sports.\u201d<\/p>\n
