The Canucks in a letter to season ticket-holders claimed that \u201cwhat was available to season ticket-holders this past season had \u2018levelled-up\u2019 and that more off-ice options were available to them than ever before.\u201d Prices have reportedly increased by 10%. Other fans have \u201cposted about increases in other parts of the arena of as much as 5 per cent.\u201d Johnston: \u201cIt\u2019s one thing to surge prices after a strong playoff run. \u2026 And to do this off the back of what may very well be the worst home season in team history?\u201d (<a href=\"https:\/\/theprovince.com\/sports\/hockey\/nhl\/vancouver-canucks\/vancouver-canucks-hiking-ticket-prices-again-dreadful-season-rebuild\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Vancouver PROVINCE, 3\/24<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph sections-franchises \">GOLDEN VIEW: In Vancouver, Steve Ewen wrote it \u201clooks like it will take a sizzling stretch run for the expansion Vancouver Goldeneyes to get back into the playoff conversation.\u201d And with three marquee talents available for the PWHL Draft this summer, \u201cstaying at the bottom of the standings might be what\u2019s best for business long-term.\u201d The Goldeneyes (6-1-4-11) are currently sitting seventh in the eight-team women\u2019s hockey league and trailing the fourth and final playoff spot by seven points with their eight games left. The Goldeneyes are second in the PWHL in attendance.
