On Saturday, March 28, the country star and Canadian former professional hockey player watched the Nashville Predators as they faced the Montreal Canadiens at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville.<\/p>\n
The Predators’ official Instagram page<\/a> shared a photo of the couple smiling the same day in the arena. In the photo, Underwood, 43, showed her love for her husband’s former NHL team by sporting a yellow Predators jersey with her husband’s former number, 12. Meanwhile, Fisher, 45, could be seen holding personalized bobbleheads of the couple in matching Predators jerseys.<\/p>\n Underwood and Fisher initially crossed paths in 2008 after they were introduced by a mutual friend, the singer’s bassist, Mark Childers. In December 2009, the couple got engaged<\/a>, and on July 10, 2010, they were married<\/a> at a Ritz-Carlton resort in Georgia.<\/p>\n Since getting married, Underwood and Fisher have welcomed two children<\/a>: sons Isaiah Michael, 11, and Jacob Bryan, 7.<\/p>\n In an interview with PEOPLE in 2019, the “Somethin’ Bad” performer said she believes Fisher is “the person I was meant to be with<\/a>.”<\/p>\n \u201cI had dated guys and kind of knew, like, \u2018No.\u2019 Nothing was ever really wrong, but nothing was really right either. With him, it was like a good partnership,” Underwood said at the time. “It was an easy relationship to be in.”<\/p>\n In March 2025, Underwood and Fisher had their first red carpet date night in two years<\/a> at the Opry 100: A Live Celebration<\/a> in Nashville.<\/p>\n At the event, the American Idol winner sported a strapless black gown with a sheer overlay and metallic beaded details.
