White\u00a0joins the Panthers after\u00a0most recently serving\u00a0as\u00a0Chief Product Officer at Amazon\u2019s\u00a0autonomous vehicle\u00a0company,\u00a0Zoox,\u00a0where he led consumer strategy, go-to-market, business development, and live operations for the world\u2019s first purpose-built autonomous robotaxi.\u00a0He\u00a0helped design and operationalize an AI-powered, end-to-end customer experience while advancing commercial partnerships and\u00a0launch\u00a0strategies across key markets.\u00a0<\/p>\n

White\u00a0previously\u00a0spent 11 years with The Walt Disney Company where\u00a0he held several senior leadership roles spanning parks, media, consumer products, and retail.\u00a0White\u00a0created connected experiences for\u00a0millions of consumers across Disney\u2019s businesses and helped advance Disney\u2019s broader digital and direct-to-consumer strategy, including ESPN+, ESPN Digital, and Fantasy Sports. \u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
White also served as\u00a0Senior\u00a0Vice\u00a0President of the Disney Parks Experience, launching industry-leading innovations like MagicBand+ and Genie+ to enhance\u00a0guest\u00a0experiences\u00a0across parks, cruise\u00a0lines\u00a0and digital platforms. He was instrumental in the development of digital platforms and products\u00a0in collaboration with the NBA supporting the restart of the 2020 NBA season and playoffs\u00a0at Walt Disney World\u2019s ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex in Orlando.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Earlier in his Disney career, White helped drive the company\u2019s digital modernization across consumer products and interactive media\u00a0including\u00a0streaming, mobile, gaming, e-commerce, and connected products across brands including Disney, Pixar, Marvel, and Star Wars including the modernization of Disney Store\u2019s online, mobile, and in-store guest experience platforms.\u00a0<\/p>\n
