Chicago Blackhawks forward Anton Frondell scored his first NHL goal Tuesday night, lighting the lamp in the first period against the Winnipeg Jets at the United Center.<\/p>\n

The 19-year-old Swedish forward, selected third overall in the 2025 NHL Draft, beat Jets goaltender Connor Hellebuyck to give the Blackhawks an early lead. The goal came during Frondell\u2019s continued strong play since making his NHL debut last week.<\/p>\n

Frondell, who recorded his first NHL point<\/a> (an assist) in his debut against the New York Islanders on March 24, has impressed with his speed, vision, and ability to create chances alongside Connor Bedard and other young Blackhawks.<\/p>\n

The milestone moment provided an early bright spot for the rebuilding Blackhawks on a night when they take on former captain and No. 3 overall pick Jonathan Toews and a strong Jets team battling for playoff positioning in the Central Division.<\/p>\n
