{"id":534881,"date":"2026-04-01T15:16:37","date_gmt":"2026-04-01T15:16:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.rawchili.com\/nhl\/534881\/"},"modified":"2026-04-01T15:16:37","modified_gmt":"2026-04-01T15:16:37","slug":"gaudette-scores-with-21-seconds-left-sharks-defeat-blues-to-stay-in-playoff-hunt","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.rawchili.com\/nhl\/534881\/","title":{"rendered":"Gaudette scores with 21 seconds left, Sharks defeat Blues to stay in playoff hunt"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Adam Gaudette scored with 21 seconds left, Alexander Wennberg and Macklin Celebrini each had two goals and an assist, and the San Jose Sharks beat St. Louis 5-4 on Monday night to snap the Blues&#8217; three-game winning streak.<\/p>\n<p>On the rush, Gaudette flicked a <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/SanJoseSharks\/status\/2038837916299088229\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">wrist shot<\/a> from near the left faceoff spot that trickled between the legs of goalie Joel Hofer. <\/p>\n<p>Yaroslav Askarov made 22 saves for the Sharks (34-31-7), who have 75 points \u2014 tied with Seattle and two behind Nashville for the final Western Conference wild card.
