We open up NHL predictions with our featured game between the Columbus Blue Jackets<\/a> and the Carolina Hurricanes<\/a>. Jet Greaves<\/a> is expected to draw the start for the Blue Jackets in this critical game. However, always check social media before locking in a daily fantasy starter. Columbus is 5-4-1 in its previous 10 games, including a four-game losing streak. Despite this, the Jackets hold the last wild card spot in the Eastern Conference. Charlie Coyle<\/a> leads the club in assists with 38 so far.<\/p>\n

Frederik Andersen<\/a> is the projected starter for the Hurricanes, who are 6-4 in their last 10, including a win over the Blue Jackets last time out. Carolina can clinch<\/a> a Stanley Cup Playoff spot if they win or at least a point and a few other things fall its way. Nikolaj Ehlers<\/a> has four goals and four assists for eight points in his last 10 games.<\/p>\n

Both teams have different reasons to get points. However, Carolina will book its place in the postseason.<\/p>\n
