A personnel move confirmed by Kent Hughes and the Montreal Canadiens has completely changed everything for young goaltender Jakub Dobes.<\/p>\n
The arrival of Marco Marciano has completely transformed the goalie\u2019s game since January.<\/p>\n
Before this internal promotion, before this personnel move, Dobes often struggled to find his positioning in net.<\/p>\n
Former coach \u00c9ric Raymond was clearly unable to correct his movements, which were sometimes far too wide.<\/p>\n
